J.G. Jones officiating, assisted by the Rev. L. L. Hancock. Burial be at the church cemetery. Mr. Cornwell was a member of the Zion Pilgrim Baptist Church where he served as parking attendant. He was a member of the Woods of Bethlehem Masonic Lodge and he was employed at Thomas Poultry Farms in Chester County. Surviving are his brother, Johnny Cornwell of Baltimore, Md. ; three stepbrothers, Leonard Worthy, Johnny Worthy and Jesse Worthy, all of Chester; and his stepsister, Louise Carter of Chester. The family will receive friends at the home of Alonzo and Dollie Gregory on Castle Road in the Wilksburg Community. The body will be carried to the church at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday. King's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. The funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Calvary Church of God, with the Rev. Gerald Funderburk, the Rev. John McKnight and the Rev. Mike Wooten officiating. Burial will be at the church cemetery. A native of Westminster, Mrs. Burton was a homemaker and a member of Calvary Church of God and the Ladies Sunday School class. She was the widow of Bennie B. Burton. A native of Kings Mountain, N.C., Mr. Ramsey was retired from Rock Hill Printing and Finishing Co. and was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in York and was grand master of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows of the state of South Carolina. Surviving are his wife, Mary McCoig Ramsey; two sons, Ralph Eugene Ramsey of Cosby, Tenn., and James H. Ramsey of Mexico; his daughter, Brenda Moses of York; his special daughter, whom he reared, Debbie Dover of York; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
