Linda, It appears it's one of those "You can't get there from here" situations. I did a google search for National Archives World War II and got http://www.archives.gov/research/ Down the left side is Often-Requested Records Click on Genealogy In the middle of the page is a Red bar (Highlighted Resources) Click on the second link Access to Archival Databases (AAD) Then do a search for Dover
