He married (3) MARTHA C. MORRIS April 29, 1892 in Fannin County, GA. He married (4) LOU VANIA BAKER 1898 in Cherokee County, NC by J.L. Johnson JOP. He married (5) Dorcas Brawner July 28, 1900 in Blount Co, TN. He may also be the L.T. Dover who married Elizabeth Patterson by Larkin Cardin, JP 5/17/1876 in Monroe Cty (this is near Sweetwater TN). Dover was living in Cherokee County, NC (Wolf Creek) with his first wife Sabra E. and their one year old son, William D. In 1870, Lynch T. Dover was listed as age 36 and living in Ellijay, Gilmer County, GA with wife Sabra and Liney, age 4, and Louisa A. age 1. We can assume that their son William died in infancy. In 1880, Lynch is in Monroe County, TN, District 2. He says he is 53 and is married to Mary Stratton, age 19. They have a son William age 5, and a daughter, Lavona, age 11/12. As a 47 year old man, Lynch married a 13 year old girl. They were living with another couple, the Prichards. Lynch was a day laborer. In 1880, Liney was living in Fannin County with her grandmother.
