It's John Dover from census who I suspect was a grandson of Lawson & Mary Dover. The informant was probably Havis Dover (see notes after census). There's a census age problem in 1870. To admit how confused I am on the 1860 census, I have always wondered if Monroe was James Monroe. Check his age and the marriage records.
