If you go into www.switchboard.com, and enter Randy Dover without any city and state, you'll get a number of entries. You might try this, assuming Randy, Jr. would be living alone and have a phone registered in his name. I see about 15 hits under this name. If you can afford it, you might pay a private investigator to run some simple searches which might turn up your relative.
