Most of my information came from the public Libray, Salisbury NC. (McCubbins Collection) Do not confuse, this John Lukenbill with Johan Ekel Lukenbill and his brother heinrich who came over from germany on the shipt'thistle of Glasgow and docked at Philadelphia, August 29, 1730. This part of the Lukenbill used an I instead of an E in the name. I do have some of their genealogy and they ended up in Des Moine County Iowa. hope this helps....Ray ************************************* Submitter: Andrew Swicegood Subject: Mary Ann Lookinbee Hartley Message: Ann, I think these are the same people.
