There are a number of people on the Dover List who are great about posting any and all information that they run across about the Dover people whether it relates to their own line or not. For instance, I just did a search in the archives for the year 1998 and had 36 hits come up just using "Ohio" in the query field and 25 hits for 1999. Search each year. You might also want to post some of your own information to the Dover List so that in the future as new people sign on, they will be able to find you should they happen to connect to your line. It's all these shared bits and pieces that are the glue in putting some of these families together. The archives are one of my basic tools when I am researching a particular line or place to see what has already been found or where a particular resource might be located. What may not have meant anything last year or the year before when it was posted may be just what I need today to complete the picture. Not many of these Dover stayed in the same place forever --- some families seem to have always been on the move.
