Ron Dover's 12 markers came out recently. The 25 marker results for Ron are now complete. The latest 25 marker results show that Ron is either a perfect match or a 99.9 percent match with 14 of the testers. Ron's early 1800 family never left the immediate York, SC area (except briefly only to return). It goes back farther on fact, but Ron's proven ancestors are Jackson (born 1830) & Sarah Dover. Jackson went to Blount County, Alabama and show in the 1860 census. Also in Blount at the same time were William A. (1833) & Fidelia Dover and John Dover (1793). Did they know each other? Difficult to speculate about but one thing is now certain ... Jackson and William were 100 percent DNA matches and John Dover was a 99.9 percent DNA match.
