My niece Jennifer added my Uncle Emrol Gordon Dover to the list. He is a descendant of William and Alanthey Chambers Dover through their son Frank and his son Solomon Jackson Dover. Emrol served at Guadacanal and Luzon in the Pacific under General MacArthur. He was wounded twice but served until the end of the War. If any of you know of relatives (Dover or otherwise) who served in World War II, please add their information to the database.
