I believe this could be a grandson of Benjamin Wiley Dover (son of Wm. and Alanthey Chambers Dover). His father could be James Dover, the last son of Benjamin Wiley. The only census I have found for Jim Dover was 1900, and his wife's name looked like "Willie". It is possible she was a Wisener, since Jim's brother Garland O. was also married to a Wisener.
