Her father was the David Sparks who lost his land in Cherokee Co., GA in 1834. <In 1837, David Dover first appears in the records, purchasing two tracts of land from Jonathan Sparks.> I'm fairly sure this was another son of David Sparks and brother-in-law of David Dover. David Dover, Jonathan and David Sparks all moved to AL. Jonathan married Permelia Jackson. Rosemary Hollis
