Marge, Some of the test results are unbelievable from the research side. Anything is possible at this point, but to try and give you my opinion about your questions or comments ... there are living male descendants of Elijah & Martha Duckett Dover. I've been in contact several times, but no reply. That Elijah Benson Dover matches up with one of those four "brothers" in Buncombe (Frederick & Margaret) is one of the major surprises of all time. I think/thought that my John was one of the four, maybe not now, but still related. Jeptha has no known living descendants. I think the elder John Dover in 1820 and 1830 Buncombe has a lot to do with some or all of the four Dover's living side by side in the 1830 census ... and I suspect now he is probably more a major part of the story/answer than ever before. Somehow have to get some DNA results for Elijah & Martha Duckett Dover.
