    3. This should be a great grandson of Edmund Dover and part of the Etowah/Blount County Dover families. William would also have been the brother of Forest Dover who died in the mining accident. I have corresponded with Williams brother Earnest in the past who I think broke the mystery of who many of these Alabama families were that do go back to the 1850 Lumpkin County, Georgia census. This is one of two families that carried the name of Ky for an old Dover ancestor. Lot of long research history on this family group in the letter writing days. William is kin to many of us in the DNA tests. Obit.
