The Cullman Times Thursday, 11-8-1973 pg. 14A Luther H. Dover, 83, Cullman, died Wednesday at Cullman Hospital. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Northside Baptist Church with interment in City Cemetery. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Velvie Dover, three daughters, Mrs. Bobbie Jean Shikle, Mrs. Melba Ruth Collier and Mrs. Marcell Overton; two brothers, Columbus and Turner Dover; seven grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild.
