There has been another death in this side of my family so I thought I would post this in case it might help someone on the list as well as some relatives I am letting know of this. This is the husband of Edna Adena McNabb who died October 21, 2003. Edna was the daughter of Martha Dover McNabb and Fred McNabb. Martha was the daughter of Henry Anderson Dover and America Tennessee Shrader. I just got notice of this death. I had not realized he was this old. He was a victim of a stroke a while back and could not talk when I met him. It is too bad. L. "Hot" Richie, 91, of Chattanooga, died Monday, Jan. 12, 2004, in a local health care facility. Mr. Richie was born in Florence Ala., but had lived in Chattanooga most of his life. He was of the Church of God faith. He was the husband of the late Edna Richie. Survivors include a son, Donald R. Richie, LaFayette, Ga.; daughter, M. Carol Roberts, Chattanooga; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Services will be on Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with grandson, Jeff Roberts officiating. Interment will be in McNabb Cemetery in Marion County.
