Gayle I think that Peter Dover changed his name to Peter Revod and moved over in the Tri county area in my neck of the woods out in the area where Franklin, Winston, and Lawrence county Al come togeather. The story goes that he and another prisoner were giving tools to fix there boots and they used then to get out and was never heard from again. It seems that Peter married a Jack Wilson daughter, and Jack ran an outlaw gang. I have always wonder if the same Jack Wilson moved to Lawrence county Al where my great uncle married a daughter of a Jack Wilson.
