Dover in Hatfield, AR; he was single and signed his name. He was tall, slender, brown eyes and light colored hair. I don't find him in 1930, but he died October 11, 1992 in Fort Smith, Sebastian, AR. On August 24, 1918, Lester McNeal Dover, age 21, completed his WWI draft registration card. He was born July 23, 1897 in Hatfield, AR and was living with his father (Wm Allen Dover) at the time he completed the card. His father was born in Alabama; his next of kin was his mother Mollie Dover. He was medium height, medium build, brown eyes and light brown hair. He could sign his name.
