I saw an obituary for Robert Edgar Dover born 1943, died August 11, 2005 in the Indianapolis Star, Indianapolis, IN It does not list any family members. He lived in Shelbyville, Indiana. He appears to be the son of Edgar Dover born 1914, and the grandson son of Arnold Dover born 1878 in Tennessee. According to the 1900 census Arnold Dover was living in Union County, Tennessee.
