From Ancestry (the birth date given differs from another one I have): On September 12, 1918, David Young Dover, age 43, completed his WWI draft registration form. He states he was born June 10, 1876. He was living in Johnson County, OK at the time he completed the form (I can't read the name of the city). He was farming for himself, and his next of kin was Ada Estelle Dover.
