I believe this is one of the missing William Dover's, and I can understand why: In 1920, William Dover is living at Rossville in Walker County, Georgia. His age is given as 30 or 36; however, it seems clear this is the William Dover who was 50 in 1910 in Etowah County, AL. He is a widower, born in Alabama, both parents born in Alabama, and he is working as a spooler in a woolen mill. His daughter Roxie is 40 and not employed. David L., 36, is listed as "brother" and is living with him (perhaps they meant the brother of Roxie?) and was a laborer. Myrtle M., age 21, referred to as a sister, was also a spooler in a woolen mill. Also living with the family was 48 year old Albert Witlock, a boarder. I was tracking another Dover when I ran across this and decided to take a closer look. Marjorie Dover Stansel
