Check LA PRADE (with a space) and a Rabun County, Georgia Dover shows up. One of Dovers is the grandson of my Bailey & Martha Dover. He worked for the railroad and his parents were listed as unknown but he was born in Paragould, Arkansas in 1893. [Herbert Dayton Dover 1893 > John Bailey Dover 1855 > Bailey Dover 1817 > John Dover abt 1793] They are all worth checking out. Two were brothers and sisters, children of Georgia parents Fred & Bertie Alice Davis DOVER from Georgia. Bertie's parents were born in Habersham County, Georgia. Another is an Arkansas widow. Another is a still birth of the parents of William Dover from Illinois and his wife Emma Voss from Ohio. Another is a Fred E. Dover & wife Olive Belle Kirby? from Oklahoma that lost a child in 1952.
