    3. DD, I have Acrobat 5.0 and it works just fine for me. I checked each page just to be sure. If anyone needs a newer version of Adobe it is a free download by the way. The link to the site for that is: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/alternate.html#601uxall Now, the older version of Acrobat DID give me trouble. I could not open the page at all. That was a week or so ago when I e-mailed you about it. I downloaded a newer version of the reader after I un-installed the old one and everything worked fine. I am downloading the 6.0 version now and will check it out too and let you know how that works. I have had several messages recently that others cannot open the link. Others have no problem at all. I am using a current version of Adobe PDF and not sure if any older versions that come out on every computer have any conflict with a newer version. This is supposed to be a universal format that any computer can access. These results and everybody's participation are too important to us to have them be inaccessible. Please let me know. I'll follow through with Adobe. There's still an alternate location if the offer is still open. ==== DOVER Mailing List ==== Dover Genforum http://genforum.genealogy.com/dover/ --- [This E-mail scanned for viruses by Internet Of Salisbury, Inc.]

    3. Sounds like that an older version is the problem. For those of you with older versions, from Windows Start Control Panel Add or Remove Select Adobe Reader or Acrobat (they changed names) Remove Restart Windows Download and install from the link below. Sorry for any inconvenience. -----Original Message----- From: sromanek [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Thursday, February 05, 2004 12:39 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [Dover] DNA Web Link DD, I have Acrobat 5.0 and it works just fine for me.
