DOVER, who departed this live, April 27, 1883. Whereas, our Heavenly Father, in his infinite wisdom, has called from earth hence. Bro. B. DOVER; and Whereas, our brother was a faithful patron and zealous worker in the grange, from its very first organization in this county, and has served faithfully as secretary of this grange from its organization until his death; therefore, be it - Resolved, That in the death of Brother DOVER this grange has sustained an irreparable loss, which it deeply mourns; the family a kind husband and father, and the community at large one of its best citizens. Resolved, That to the family we extend our heartfelt sympathies, commending them to the Great Master Above. Resolved, that a record of this action be placed upon the minutes of this grange, and that a copy here of be furnished the "Jefferson Democrat" for publication. Francis CAMPBELL, John S.
