He had lived in the Rossville area for the past 20 years. Mr. Dover owned and operated Dover's Garage on Wilson Road for the past 15 years. He was of the Baptist Faith. He is survived by his wife Mrs. Nancy Helen Billingsley Dover; two daughters Mrs. Joyce Real, Chattanooga; Mrs. Phyllis Anne Dover, Rossville; a son Kenneth Ray Dover, New Arlington, S.C. : three brothers, John Henry , Hubert, and Hugo Dover, all of Jasper, Tenn. ; two sisters, Mrs. Claude Williams, Rossville, Ga.: Mrs. Essie Nichols, Jasper, Tenn.; five grandchildren; also several nieces and nephews. Funeral arrangements will be announced. The body is at Lane Funeral Home Inc.
