Dover dies at 67 Dale Harelson Dover of East Brainerd, owner and operator of Dover Electric Co., died Thurs­day, Sept. 28, 2000, in a local hos­pital. He was 67. A native of Cedar Bluff, Ala., Mr. Dover was a resident of Hamil­ton County for the past 35 years. He owned and oper­ated Dover Elec­tric Co., for many years. He was a member of Morris Hill Baptist Church and was a former member of East Brainerd Baptist Church where he was an ordained deacon. Mr. Dover was a scout master of Troop 36 and was the recipient of the Silver Beaver Award and was a Vigil Honor Member. He was a vet­eran of the U.S. Army. Survivors include his wife, Louise Dover; sons, Richard "Ricky" Dover, Ooltewah and Randall "Randy" Dover, Chat­tanooga; daughters, Patricia Dover Bedwell, Mountain City, Tenn., and Debbie Dover Sullivan, Phoenix; sister, Marie Richard­son, Tunnel Hill, Ga.; nine grand­children. Funeral services will be Mon­day at 10 a.m. at Heritage Funer­al Home, East Brainerd Road, with the Rev. Bill Mason officiat­ing. Burial will be in Chattanooga National Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the building Fund at Mor­ris Hill Baptist Church, or the American Heart Association. Visitation will be Saturday from 4 to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 2 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
