One interesting thing about William. He was in Galveston, Texas at one time with his father-in-law doing some contracting. I read recently after all the hurricanes that Galveston was almost wiped off the face of the earth in their big one many years ago. I remembered that this was about the same time that William and his father-in-law were there. They may have gone there after the hurricane. That hurricane came without warning and thousands? died. Lusk and Joe T. Dearing. In-terment was in Forest Hills Cemetery. Yes, that is true about Galveston Dennis. I recently saw a documentary on TV about that right before Louisiana got hit. It was wiped out! They got warning but the telegraph lines were down and some did not believe what they were seeing and thought it was a mistake. Sound familiar?
