A native of Chattanooga, she was currently serving as the owner and operator of City Meat Market and was a member of First Christian Church. She was a well-known watercolor artist, with paintings on exhibit In the C.C. Bond Humanities Gallery a Chattanooga State Technical Community College. She was a member of the Nancy Ward Chapter of the DAR, the Tennessee Watercolor Society and Hunter Museum of Art. She was a graduate of Girls' Preparatory School and UTC. Her husband was Raymond H. Dover Jr. and her sister was Victoria Marie Shaw. Survivors include three daughters, Alberta Rutledge Blackburn, Atlanta, Beatrice Rutledge Lyons, Hixson, and Robin Rutledge Martin, Cartersville, Ga.; four grandsons, D. Franklin Daniels Jr., Bell Buckle Tenn., Anthony H. and Christopher S. Blackburn, both of Atlanta, William C. Martin, Cartersville; several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. today in Hamilton Memorial Gardens with Dr. Henry C. Milliard Jr. and Jack Mulllns officiating.
