I searched in the 1910 census for a 35 year old male in Greene County, AR, born in Indiana, and one of the hits was listed as a William E. Dovan, on film T624_51, page 94. Enumeration District 56, sheet 19A. The image is really hard to make out, but there is definitely a one-year old son name James F., born in Arkansas, and the wife's name definitely starts with D.
