Interesting location. My great granduncle, Joseph Jacob Hebley lived in Cove Street about that time. The small triangle you are referring to is in fact pretty much in Cove street next to the Red Lion pub. Number 3 Hope Square is a bistro although the number on the door is 2 Hope Square. Don't know what date that may have happened, but that could cause problems.
