    3. The Richmond Hill Congregational Church is now known as the Richmond Hill St. Andrews, United Reform Church (from 1972), and it does still exist. See the link http://www.bournemouth-urc.org.uk/church_bournemouth.html where the 'About Us' tab leads to a 'History' tab, which gives some interesting detail. Hope that helps Derek Date: Sat, 6 Nov 2010 09:49:43 -0700 (PDT) From: Elaine McLean <elainemclean18@yahoo.ca> Subject: [DOR] GRAY/CHANNING FAMILIES To: DORSET@rootsweb.com Message-ID: <402349.17438.qm@web45811.mail.sp1.yahoo.com> Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii I have replied separately but thanks again to members who have sent information on my GRAY family. My Grandmother, Annie Gray was born 1881, Ashmore, and she married Frederick Edwin COLLINS in 1908 at Richmond Hill Congregational Church, Christchurch, Bournemouth. I wonder if anyone on the list can tell me if this Church still exists please.

    3. Hi. The Richmond Hill Church, and some of the houses close by, were built by my Great Grandfather Thomas Talbott, who originally came from Langton Matravers. It was not a happy time, as he was subject to the late Victorian depression in the building trade, and lost most of his money. I am delighted to see that the Church survives. Regards Trevor
