My father William Leslie Harry Crouch was born in Great Chalfont, Percy Road, Boscombe in 1910. His father, William Thomas Crouch, worked there as chauffeur/handyman. He moved to Coulsden in 1915. Can anyone tell about Great Chalfont and who my grandfather worked for as a chauffeur? My grandfather died aged 38 in 1923 at Lorne House, Church Road East, Poole. Was this an isolation hospital?
