I have looked at all the censuses and he does not use the 'Dicker' name in any but 1911. However it is used in his marriage to Ethel Arabella Taylor Mar 1903 Epsom 2a 22 and this cert would give fathers name. and it is used on his birth cert.Dec 1871 Bridport 5a 385. which would give both parents names.
