Jean, Thanks for your help. I had used google and discovered the Solicitors. My grandfather died of TB and the address on the death cert was Lorne House. I wondered if he had been admitted to an isolation hospital or maybe that was his address when he died. Incidentally, he had been a chauffeur at Chalfont house, Percy Road. Again I can find no reference to this place.
