Hello everybody i wonder if anyone can help me i am trying to trace the original name of ann budden. She married Thomas akerman on the 25th November 1825 at bridport and she was stated as a widow. Does anyone know if a Male Budden married a ann around 1820. Ann was born around 1796 according to the 1841 census. I have tried to look this up myself but cannot get into the bridport records. Any help would be appreciated. Also Ann Budden/Akerman died in 1844 but i cannot find any evidence of her death or burial at stoke abbott. kind regards ellen
