He was the son of Thomas Roy b.1880 in Glasgow & Elizabeth Miller b.1885 in Glasgow. This couple were married in 1908 in Glasgow. They had at least 3 or 4 sons (Thomas, William, Andrew to be sure). Thomas married Win (possibly Winifred) and moved to the Dorset area living in Charlton Marshall. I know they had a daughter and grandson named Alex. Brother William ended in the Aberdeen area and brother Andrew married and moved to South Africa.
