Is the child registered in the same district as the baptism? I think that Andrew might have been his middle name as there doesn't appear to be a marriage registration for Andrew JEFFS to a Mary. I can't find Andrew & Mary on the 1911 census either, did they emigrate? It was customary (where possible) to marry in the bride's parish and sometimes to baptise the first child there also. (The only Andrew JEFFS marriage registered in 1906 is to a Hannah KAY in Warwick District - They are together on the 1911 census in Warwick without any children (not surprising as he is 50 and she is 55.)
