John STONE (1771 - 1850) was born 1771 in Sydling St. Nicholas. He lived in Sydling, Leigh and Hilfield. In 1793, in Holwell, John married Mary EARS. They had issue, including: 1. Thomas STONE (1794 - 1843), who was born in Sydling St. Nicholas. Thomas married Sarah ANDREWS. They lived in Sydling and in Leigh, in Dorset, and they had issue. 2. John STONE (1796 - 1825), who was born in Leigh, Dorset. No known issue. 3. Mary STONE (1803 - 1827), who was born in Sydling St. Nicholas. Mary married John WITHYE. They lived in Sherborne, Dorset, where they had one known son, John Stone WITHYE. 4. Robert STONE (1800 - 1841), who was born in Sydling St. Nicholas. Robert married Elizabeth Jane DUNNING. They lived in Hilfield and in Alton Pancras, both in Dorset. They had issue. These STONEs are all cousins of mine.
