Does anyone have access to a directory of Dorchester who could give me some more information about this 1881 census entry. Catharine Burt,my wifes gt.gt.grandmother, is shown as a domestic servant living at a house in Durngate Street.The head of the household appears to be HARRIOT JANE CROSS,unmarried,age 52,and living on dividends.Also there is JESSIE MARIE CROSS niece,unmarried,age 26,teacher of music. Their names are not perfectly clear on the census form,but i don't think that these are far out,could anyone give me a bit more background about these people,and perhaps a complete address if possible,or a photo of the house would be great if not too much trouble.
