Dorset FHS monthly meeting for January will take place on Monday 10th January at 7.30 for 8.00 At St John's Church Hall, Ashley Road, Parkstone, BH14 0AA Roger Coleman will speak on "The Men of the 7th Battalion, Hampshire Regiment - The men of the New Forest story 1914-1919." That is the title of a book he published last year and he will use the exhaustive research carried out for that book to take us through the way in which the First World War affected this local regiment.
