Mine was born Oct. 12, 1866 and died 1902. He was married to Mary Victoria Simpson. He was the son of John Grantham "Jack" Dorris and Elizabeth Brown. My George Washington Dorris is buried in Fox Cemetery near Providence, KY. His grandfather was a Primitive Baptist Preacher in Providence for many years.
