She married John Henry Gassaway 30 June 1870 in Pittsburg, Camp Co., Tx. Bethena and John Henry had three children: Robert Thomas Gassaway b. 3 July 1873 Upshur Co., Tx. Fredonia Belle Gassaway b. 20 December 1876 Tarrant Co. Tx. Mattie Melissa Gassaway b. 14 April 1878 Tarrant Co.., Tx. Mattie Melissa died the month after she was born, but I have descendents of Robert Thomas and Fredonia Belle. If anyone is interested, I`ll be glad to exchange information.
