Mary Kane Donovan(Aunt Mame)was my great-aunt. Patrick Donovan was my God-father. Have quite a bit information on the Kane's. The limit of my information goes back to our grandparents grandparents. Mame and my grandfather Ben, were the children of Patrick and Margaret Cole Kane. Pat and Margaret were both born in Meath County, Ireland, and came to the states as young children around 1850 to 1854. They were the children of Richard and Mary Finnegan Kane, and James and Catherine O'Rouke. Your Uncle Bernie had a lot of information on the family, but I don't think he wrote much of it down.
