Hi Barbara- First of all, have you been to your local Mormon Family History Center? If not, look them up in your yellow pages, under Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints. In my area, they also list their Family History Centers in the white pages under --Family History Center! And the very best advice I can give you is to start a list--begin with your own name, and list your parents, and what you know about them, and your grandparents with same, and go from there. Join your local genealogy society.
