I have a Timothy Donovan in my line and have been unable to find any info about him, except that his wife's name was Mary Blackburn and she was born in Dublin, Ireland and he was born in Massachusetts. A son was named George Donovan, born February 10, 1858 in Galveston, TX. I have no other information. Any help you are able to provide would be greatly appreciated! My husband's GreatGrandfather was Daniel O'BRIEN born in County Cork, Ireland on or about 6 Jan 1839. His children were born in Rosscarbery, so we think he was probably from that area too. His parents were John O'BRIEN and Margaret DONOVAN. I know nothing more about them and cannot even be sure when Daniel came to the US, but I imagine about 1885 to 90. His wife was Mary Ellen BARNET(T) and she is not buried in the family plot in Everett, MA, so we think she probably died in Ireland before Daniel came to the US. Daniel's naturalization papers have NO dates on them and aren't completely filled out, but they are attested to by John DONOVAN and Timothy DONOVAN whom we believe to be relatives. I have found two addresses in Boston in the 1890 MA directories where there were both Timothy and John DONOVANs living at the same address at the same time. Brothers probably. These addresses are: 74 Ruggles, Boston and 286 Bunk
