Cindy, Timing is good, my Thomas V. Donovan was born 1 Jan 1849 in Philadelphia, PA. Could be brothers?? He marr. Mary Ann Roberts, Children William, Grace, Buelah, Jimmy, Clementine, John Q., Ruth (My Grandmother), and Charles all born in St. Louis MO. But do not have his parents names or his siblings. Both have named one of their children Charles??
