I'm looking for any information on a John Donovan who was married in Ireland to an Ann McCarthy with the time frame being the mid 1800's. The had several daughters two of them being a Catherine and Margaret Donovan who were born in the 1840's. The daughters' came to the US and settled in Jersey City, NJ in the 1860's. I have very little information about this part of my family and I'm trying to locate where in Ireland they came from. I would appreciate any help that is offered. Thank you
