    2. Hello, Re: PARTRIDGE - WILSON - WILLIAMS - KELLY - STOKES - BELL - DONIPHAN - JENNINGS - WILLOUGHBY - PAYNE - EDRINGTON - ROBINSON - RIVETT - EIDSON/EDISON - COLCLOUGH surnames that connect in 1600's - 1700's England and/or Virginia. I want to lead this query by saying that I am very grateful to Linda KELLY (KELL) and John COLCLOUGH for recently sending me information that has helped uncover some missing pieces of information in my JENNINGS - KELLY - DONIPHAN - PARTRIDGE ancestry for which I have been searching. I am looking for any information on the following, (below listed,) probable PARTRIDGE sisters and their various marriages and family connections, (listed below,) and searching for whom their parents were as well as more information about the connecting families including the WILSON/WILLSON line and a possible connecting WILLIAMS line for my 4th great grandmother, (wife of Samuel EARLE, IV, (Sgt./Rev. War,) born: 1766 in Fauquier Co., VA,) who was Tabitha WILLIAMS, born: 1766, daughter of Catherine "Caty" ? and George WILLIAMS who is thought to be the son of Anne WILLIAMS and Roger WILLIAMS who is descended from James WILLIAMS, born: abt. 1572 in St. Albans, Hertfordshire, England, and his wife, Alice PEMBERTON, born: 18 Feb 1564 in St. Albans, Hertfordshire, England, died: 01 Aug 1634, London, England, (mother: Katherine STOKES, died: aft. 1578, father: Robert PEMBERTON, born: abt. 1520, died: 16 Jul 1578. (Is this Katherine STOKES related in any way to the Hannah STOKES who married John BELL, Jr., born: abt. 1700, (mother: Ann BENNETT, (father: Richard BENNETT, Jr., (father: Richard BENNETT, Sr.,) and father: John BELL, Sr., born: abg. 1668 in Surry Co., VA, died: 17 Jun 1713.) I have no parents for Hannah STOKES nor the above mentioned Katherine STOKES. Hannah STOKES and John BELL, Jr.'s son, John BELL, (3,) married a Phoebe STOKES who was the daughter of a Silvanus STOKES but don't know an exact connection yet for Hannah STOKES to their family. (The above mentioned Samuel EARLE, IV, (Sgt./Rev. War,) born: 1760, was the 2nd son of his father, Samuel EARLE, III, (Major,) born: 1692 to be named Samuel EARLE, IV, with the 1st to be of that name being his 1/2 brother, Samuel EARLE, IV, born: 1727, who died in his 20's, who was the son of Samuel, III, and his 1st wife, Anna SORRELL, and my Samuel, IV, was the son of Samuel, III, and his much younger 2nd wife, Elizabeth HOLBROOK, born: abt. 1733, (mother: Jannett/Jeanette PATTISON, (husband # 1: Henry CONYERS,) father: Randolph HOLBROOK, Jr..) Samuel EARLE, III, (Major,) born: 1692 in Westmoreland Co., VA, (1st Member of the House of Burgesses from Frederick Co., VA, seat to be later held by (Gen.)
