Thank you Lindel for your response about Pattons in Breaghy in 1857. Sorry about the badly typed question! Does anyone know of Brachey? My own William Patton lived at Croaghan House near Tamney in Fanad, so I suppose it is unlikely to be the place Brachey or Breaghy as I believe the latter is in the Letterkenny area. Does anyone know of the Patton family at Croaghan? Alex
