Still more good thoughts and prayers to Lindel from the USA! Does anyone know when she'll be going home to her family? I recently found my ancestor John McDermott of Glennagiveny listed in the Griffith's Valuation of 1857 on Ben Palmer's site. Can anyone tell me how far it would be from Glennagiveny to Moville proper? I know there's a Roman Catholic church in Ballybrack and was wondering if that's the one the folks of Glennagiveny would have been likely to use. Also, given that the name McDermott is rather common I'm wondering the likelyhood of the various McDermott's of Glennagiveny being related. Were they probably all unrelated? Would anyone possibly have a Griffith's Valuation map of that area or know how I can get one? Thanks! Kathy
