    3. Margie, My ancestor John McKeever is supposed to have married Mary McFadden prior to 1807, possibly in Fayette County, PA. A John McFadden lived nearby. By 1820, John McKeever had moved north to Armstrong County, PA. In 1827, he moved next door to Butler County, PA. There were several McFaddens nearby, including a Manasses McFadden. John and Mary named one of their children Manasses. They were all RC. However, I understand that there was another group of McFaddens who were not RC. The only information I have on his country of origin is a will where he left land to a brother, Hugh, in Ireland. I have not been able to find out if this brother ever came to the US or not. Is this familiar to any of the McFadden researchers? > >Margie > > >==== DONEGALEIRE Mailing List ==== >Donegaleire listowner is Carol Queen. >Visit my homepages at: http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~donegaleire/ >QUEENSCASTLE BRANCHES AND BOUGHS > >============================== >Gain access to over two billion names including the new Immigration >Collection with an Ancestry.com free trial.
